Though not a Golden Demon winner. It did make an appearance in White Dwarf Magazine in 1995
Multiple Golden Demon Winner and 1995 Overall Golden Demons Slayer Winner
The myth behind the Award, The Man behind the Myth.
People ask why I don't call myself a Slayer Sword Winner? The answer is.. I didn't win a coveted Slayer Sword, I won something even better.. The Slayer Plaque!
A plaque? you ask? Yup a plaque. In 1995 which was my second year competing in the Golden Demons in Baltimore, I was awarded a Gold first place award for my Warhammer Fantasy large monster entry, a Empire Gray Wizard on a Hippogriff. It was that model which won me the Coveted Overall Slayer award. In 1995 GW US decided to not award a sword, but..the Plaque. I'm not sure what exactly it's made of, But I know its quite heavy and it is Silver plated. It even has a cool Space Wolf theme.
Today it hangs proudly on my wall in my painting room.

Here it is, the plaque in all its glory!
