Products from Dragon Forge Design are hand made pressure cast Urethane resin. I try very hard to ship products free from defects and things like air bubbles. The occasional air bubble may occur But I make every effort to ship defect free products.
If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with, please contact me for a replacement.
If I omit an item from your order, please contact me and I will ship you the missing item.
If I make a mistake in your order and ship an incorrect item, Please contact me and I will ship you the correct item.
