It’s been a while since I have posted. I thought Id share a little about whats going on with myself and the company.
On October 8th 2025 I had a total tight knee replacement . My right knee was heavily damaged from an old sports injury and years of use. The surgery went well and recovery has been great. I an 5 months out now and doing well. I think I’m about 75% of full recovery. Its a long process, they say it takes a year for full recovery.
I started taking orders in mid November 2025 and I am working pretty much every day to fill them. Hind site I probably came back a month or so to early. I am catching up on the order back log. As I write this I only have 22 back orders needing cast and shipped.
I’m working again on new base sets and will so release more new sets for Vahalla.

I Have Returned!
I was away about a week, I took time off to go to Adepticon. I will do a report on that event soon.
I spent today cleaning my workshop and getting ready to resume working on orders.
I am a little behind, but I will catch up soon.

Seems that adorable fluffy little Bastard Phil saw his shadow and will be six more weeks of winter!
If you know me well enough you know I hate winter.
Last month a once in 30 year snow storm cause complete havoc with 12+ inches of snow followed by 2 weeks of brutally cold weather. Things have warmed up a bit for now, the snows finally melted and I’m working on getting back on track with orders.
February I will continue with Free shipping on all US orders of $50.00 or more.
I will also to adding random free gifts to orders. So keep an eye out for what extra items I will add to all orders received and shipped this month.

Service Delays
Due to recent Severe Winter storms with a lot of snow over the past few days and more coming I have been slower than expected getting out orders to the Post Office.
Also, in observance of President Jimmy Carters State Funeral, the USPS is closed on Thursday January 9.
I will continue working on orders though and ship ASAP.
On a positive note, the Canadian Postal strike is over and I have resumed normal shipping to Canada.

Returned to work, the end is near!
The end of 2024 that is..
I have returned from Christmas break and back to casting and processing orders. I started today with 29 orders in-house and cast five of those orders to ship before the 31st.
I will see how much I can get finished before the end of the day Tuesday the 31st.

It’s an Early Christmas from Dragon Forge Design
New lower prices on many items through out the site with price drops of 10-15% on select items.
Over the year (2024) I have experimented with giving discounts, changing codes and seeing what works to try and encourage sales.
I have decided it was easier to just lower prices across the board on the core products and spend the time better doing other things like creating new products.
You will still continue to see random discount codes for various occasions so keep a watch on my site. Better yet subscribe to my news letter.
In 2025, I plan to add new base sets to existing ranges and bring out one or maybe two complete new ranges.
